who loves bringing projects to life from start to finish? We're looking for someone like you to join our team and lead key projects at our site.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working with a diverse group of teams to deliver projects that make a real impact. You'll have the opportunity to manage everything from the initial idea to the final handover, ensuring we meet our goals safely, on budget, and on time.

Responsibilities

Lead Inspiring Projects– guide projects from the planning stage through to completion, defining scope, creating schedules, managing risks, and keeping everyone informed and aligned.

Manage Project Finances– in charge of the financial health of your projects, building budgets, forecasting costs, tracking spending, and providing clear, timely reports to finance partners and stakeholders.

Shape Our Future– manage the site’s long‑range capital plan, helping prioritize and plan for future projects that will drive success.

Collaborate Across Teams– work closely with experts from Engineering, Operations, Environmental Health and Safety, Quality, Finance, Procurement, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Champion Safety and Quality– make safety a top priority, ensuring all work complies with high standards, and that projects meet regulatory and environmental requirements, ready for operation from day one.

Drive Continuous Improvement– help share lessons learned from each project and develop new standards for project delivery.

Skills Required

Proven ability to manage complex projects in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Strong sense of ownership, organization, prioritization, and task completion.

Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

Talent for solving problems, identifying risks, and making sound decisions.

Deep commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.

Strong financial skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Experience with project management best practices and external vendors.

Ability to read and understand technical documents, drawings, specifications.

Understanding of getting new systems and equipment ready for use in a regulated setting.

Budget Management, Communication, Continuous Improvement, Contractor Management, Financial Acumen, Project Leadership, Risk Management, Safety Compliance, Stakeholder Management, Strategic Planning, Vendor Management.

Qualifications

Degree (Level 8 or equivalent) in Science, Engineering, a technical field, or a related discipline.

Experience leading projects in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Project management qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2– a plus.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
