We are looking for a talented and experienced Food and Beverage Manager who is passionate about excellent customer service, creating exceptional guest experience and leading and motivating a team.The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day running of the food and beverage department, manage and motivate the team, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining our 5 Star Standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and strong hospitality experience.Duties will include (but are not limited to)

To oversee and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Food&Beverage Department To Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage service standards To Ensure all stock is rotated and stored in a safe manner in accordance with HACCP Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting for the F&B Department Monitor revenue and oversee Labour costs, and stock levels to maximise profitability within your department. Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle escalated complaints professionally Maintain strong relationships with regular guests and corporate clients Develop, train and coach your team to the standards required of a five star hotel.Suitable Candidate For This Role

Previous experience in Food&Beverage Management , Department Management or a Senior Hospitality Role is essential Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service skills with a hands on approach Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment Flexible and reliable with a positive can do attitudePassion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
