Job Description We are looking for an energetic and dependable Office Junior to join our busy team. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone looking to start a career in a professional office environment. You will provide essential support for our daily operations and play a key role in ensuring our reports and applications meet expectations.
Full training will be provided on all industry-specific tasks and software systems.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, take clear messages, and greet visitors.
Manage the post, monitor the general email inbox, and keep office supplies stocked.
Assist the team with filing and general office tidiness.
Proofread reports before they are sent to clients.
Learn to upload applications for Fire Safety Certificates (FSC) and Disability Access Certificates (DAC) via the National Building Control System.
Update our Job Analysis log with the status of active projects.
Contact Local Authorities to request historical documents needed for our files.
Prepare and send out Fee Proposals, Periodic Inspection Reports, and Pre-Fire Planning documentation as requested by the Engineers.
What We Are Looking For
Positive Attitude: A "can-do" approach and a willingness to learn new skills.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using a computer and some experience with either Google Docs or Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
Reliability: You are punctual and can manage your time in a fast-paced environment.
