Site Agent

for a new, unstarted residential project

in

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring the residential project is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Lead and manage site teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination between all parties involved.

Collaborate closely with project managers and senior engineers to deliver the project successfully.

Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any potential issues promptly.

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on‑site.

Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, plans, and schedules.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Agent within the civil engineering or construction sector, ideally with residential projects.

Strong understanding of civil construction processes, site management, and health and safety regulations.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and resolve challenges effectively.

Full, clean driving license.

Benefits
