Responsibilities Of The Role
Coordinating and Planning of resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors
Manage and drive a team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
5+ years previous experience in Project Management with a recognised
Experience working with a Mechanical/Electrical contractor
Proven record of co-ordinating and managing projects
Prepare relevant reports
Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
Reporting on progress
Your Qualifications And Key Criteria
A trade backgrounds and Qualifications
Good Computer skills in word, excel etc.
Fluent English
Flexible to travel
Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large projects
A minimum of 5 years in a Supervision role
Desirable Skills
Excellent communication skills
Team player with ability to build effective relationships at all levels
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well within a friendly team
Career driven, ambitious and enthusiastic
Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
Ability to drive a large-scale project
A construction background
Good Computer skills - Windows, MS Office
