PART-TIME BAR STAFF, Lifford

The Gallen Group is currently recruiting enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-Time Bar Staff to join our teams across our hospitality properties in Ballybofey.

We are looking for energetic people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent guest experiences.

About The Role

Successful candidates will work across busy bar operations within the Gallen Group portfolio, supporting day-to-day service, guest engagement, and event operations.

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Prepare and serve beverages efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Support colleagues during busy service periods
• Assist with event and function bar service when required
• Follow all health, safety, and responsible serving procedures

• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and reliability
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be legally entitled to work in Ireland
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to legally work behind the bar

• Excellent communication skills

Desired Criteria

• Working experience as a Bartender
• Knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
