An Chúirt Hotel is currently seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our front office team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a welcoming hotel known for its warm hospitality and stunning surroundings.

About The Role

• Welcoming guests and ensuring a positive first impression
• Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Handling reservations via phone, email, and online systems
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records
• Responding to guest queries and providing local information
• Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining a professional front desk environment at all times

• Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer service role (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• A professional appearance and positive attitude
• Good computer skills (experience with hotel booking systems is an advantage)
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
