Bar Supervisor required for Warehouse Bar + Kitchen (Full-time position)

The candidate must have previous experience in Food and Beverage service or supervision, be enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused, with the ability to work well under pressure and fit in with the existing team.

To support the Bar Manager in the day-to-day running of the bar, including planning, organising, and delegating tasks to staff.

To provide a friendly and efficient service at all times, dispensing orders accurately and correctly in accordance with company standards. To ensure all hygiene and Health & Safety standards are maintained.

• Assist in managing the activities of the bar to ensure quality and standards of service are maintained in line with company standards.
• Support the Bar Manager in overseeing the team and daily operations.
• Put a strong focus on customer care, ensuring that customers receive the highest possible level of service and attention.
• Assist with stock control, including stock rotation and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Ensure the bar is kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Follow and enforce all hygiene regulations.
• Suggest ways of up-selling and maximising bar profits.
• Carry out administrative duties as required, including checking floats before and after shifts and reporting any irregularities.
• Be fully aware of all current liquor licensing laws and ensure these regulations are followed.
• Maintain a physical presence on the floor and liaise closely with the Bar Manager, General Manager, kitchen, and Head Chef.
