Multiple management roles are available, from Trainee Manager through to Store Manager, offering a clear and structured pathway for ambitious retail professionals.

Main Purpose of the Role You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that customer satisfaction is always the top priority. Key Skills&Experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs

High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail

Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong initiative with the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Previous leadership experience is essential

Grocery retail experience highly desirable
