We’re working with a well-established care provider supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, seeking Social Care Workers to join their team. Please email your CV to You’ll play a key role in helping individuals live independently, supporting with dailyactivities, personal care, and community engagement.The Role: Support individuals with day-to-day living Assist with personal care and medication Encourage independence and social inclusion Maintain accurate records and follow care plans Work as part of a supportive team What we’re looking for: Minimum Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework (BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent Health/Social Care qualification).CORU registration, or proof of application in progress. At least 1 year’s experience supporting vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities. Knowledge of current national and sectoral policy developments within disability social care services. Ability to implement, review, and contribute to support plans tailored to individual needs.Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Full driver’s licence and access to own car essential.
