The Clanree Hotel has an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to be part of our dynamic Kitchen team You will need to have the following Excellent culinary background required, 2+ years’ experience in this role. Be able to work in all areas of the kitchen. Be able to work under pressure whilst also producing excellent cuisine.Confident working on your own initiative and also part of a successful team.
