Responsibilities of the Chef:

Preparing and cooking dishes in line with menu requirements Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are followed Assisting kitchen teams during busy service times Managing prep work, stock control, and cleanliness Working with different menus and dietary requirements

Requirements for the Chef:

At least 2 years’ experience in a busy kitchen environment Contract catering experience is an advantage Manual Handling and HACCP certs (training can be provided) Flexible approach to working hours
