Tax Assistant - Dublin/Cork/Limerick/Galway
Leading provider of Corporate Tax services to global clients are currently looking for multiple a Tax Assistants to join their Irish Offices. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to corporate tax compliance and planning. This will include preparing and filing tax returns, conducting tax research, and assisting with tax audits. You will also have the opportunity to work on more complex tax planning projects.
Responsibilities
Supporting the Tax Manager and the wider Tax team.
Identify potential tax savings opportunities and provide advice and guidance to clients
Research tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Analyse financial data to determine the most advantageous tax strategies
Maintain accurate records and filing systems for tax documents
Strong understanding of Taxation principles
Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of experience in a tax-related role
Knowledge of Irish tax laws
Ability to analyse financial data and identify potential tax savings opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, tax preparation software, tax audit software and tax planning software.
