€40-65k Our client is a Consultancy based in Limerick who are actively recruiting for Design Engineers who can manage all mechanical design aspects of their clients' projects. Candidates will be working within a team managing projects from conceptual stage through to detailed design in a clear,concise and coordinated manner, meeting project deadlines and financial constraints. The position would suit a motivated, practical and adaptable individual who is looking for opportunity to grow both their technical knowledge and commercial acumen.Responsibilities Undertake the successful delivery of mechanical design on a variety of projects Developing high quality sustainable building engineering services designs, calculations, technical notes and reports Ensuring technical quality through implementation of best practice and continuous improvement processesPrepare reports and recommendations for client presentation Maintain awareness of latest legislation and industry trends through continued professional development Consider health and safety in all aspects of the work Requirements Degree Level Educated in a Mechanical / Building Services disciplineRelevant experience in the design and specification of Mechanical Building Services systems to relevant standards and codes of practice Working knowledge of all other Building Services disciplines Ability to consider safety in design and develop design solutions to eliminate health and safety risksAbility to research and work on own initiative For more information please contact Steve on 01531 4886.
