The position is available for an immediate start.Daily Responsibilities: Answering inbound sales, customer service calls, emails, and chat inquiries. Setting up new client accounts and verifying customer documentation. Updating customer information in accordance with GDPR guidelines. Collaborating with the marketing team to follow up on leads.Providing excellent customer service while generating sales. Overcoming objections and closing sales. Managing renewals and processing them. Candidate Requirements: APA or CIP qualification. CPD aligned with Minimum Competency requirements. At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience in a similar role.Passion and drive to work within the insurance industry.
