A Coruña, Spain , providing technical assistance for a
world-leading software development company . If you have previous experience in
technical support
or as an
IT Technician , this opportunity could be an excellent fit for you. Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, chat, or email. Diagnose and resolve issues related to
software, hardware, and cloud technologies . Support users with products such as
Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server , and
Microsoft Windows . Deliver professional and empathetic customer service. Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex situations effectively. Requirements
Native or fluent English or Portuguese B2 level or higher). Education or experience in
IT technologies , particularly in
cloud solutions . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-focused attitude with great attention to detail. What We Offer
Full-time, permanent contract (39 hours per week) . Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00. Competitive annual salary:
19,738 gross/year. Relocation bonus:
500 (Flyer support). Multicultural and friendly work environment. Career development and promotion opportunities
within Spain and internationally. Relocation assistance
for candidates living outside A Coruña.
