Plumbing Manager

to join our team and ensure smooth and efficient yard operations.

Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on plumbing products and solutions to customers

Manage stock levels, place orders, and liaise with suppliers

Ensure the plumbing section is well-organised and fully stocked

Train and support staff in plumbing product knowledge and sales techniques

Handle customer queries, process sales, and provide after-sales support

Stay up to date with industry trends and new plumbing technologies

Work closely with management to achieve sales targets and business growth

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar role, plumbing and sales, and product knowledge

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to drive sales and maintain displays

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively as part of a team. You must be friendly, professional, and solution-focused

Proficient in using computer systems and software related to inventory management. Ordering, inventory control, and supplier coordination

Ability to work well under pressure and handle operational challenges in a fast-paced environment
