We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Limerick, advising on €900m+of live projects in multiple sectors, including:Quantity Surveyor on over 1,500 residential units Bank Monitor on c. 900 residential units Working on projects in the Commercial, Student Accommodation, Retail and Education sectors Qualifications

Relevant third level qualification within quantity surveying or construction economics 5–15 years of experience Ideally within a consultancy or developer role, but others will be considered High level of reporting skills Shrewd precise eye for detail Excellent experience dealing with subcontractors and client-side negotiationsExperience with residential, commercial and retail projects Motivated and diligent team player who will go the extra mile An ambitious individual looking to develop their career Life at Mitchell McDermott
