Job Description We are seeking an experienced Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of traditional Chinese dishes. Skills in making noodles/dough-based foods, or other Asian cuisines will be considered an advantage.

Key Duties Include

Preparing and cooking authentic Chinese dishes

Making fresh noodles and dough-based products

Assisting in menu planning and development

Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety

Managing food preparation and kitchen operations efficiently

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Chef

Proven experience in Chinese cuisine

Skills in noodle-making, dough preparation, or other Asian cuisines (advantageous)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
