General Operative / Skilled Labourer

to join our growing construction team based on different projects around the Limerick area.

The ideal candidate will support day-to-day site operations, carry out basic maintenance and repair tasks, and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. This role requires a practical, hands‑on individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities Assist with general construction duties, including site preparation, material handling, and basic building tasks. Carry out minor repairs, maintenance, and handyman duties as required (e.g., fixing fixtures, minor carpentry, painting, basic plumbing). Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and efficiently.Load, unload, move, and organise materials and equipment on site. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the site, ensuring pathways and work areas remain safe and tidy. Support tradespeople and site supervisors with daily tasks. Follow all health and safety regulations and report any hazards or issues promptly.Perform other duties as assigned to support site operations.
