As part of our continued growth, we are now seeking a Graduate Supply Chain Coordinator to join our fast‑paced and supportive operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in supply chain, logistics, and operations within a safety‑critical environment
About the Role The Graduate Supply Chain Coordinator plays an important part in the day‑to‑day operation of our warehouse, workshop, and demo room. You will help ensure that products are received, checked, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time, supporting both customer satisfaction and internal teams. This role suits a motivated and organised graduate who enjoys practicalwork, values accuracy and quality, and wants to develop a strong foundation in supply chain and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the warehouse, workshop, and demo room
Assist with order picking, packing, stock checks, and general warehouse activities
Receive and log deliveries and customer returns accurately using the ERP system (Priority)
Carry out basic inspections of incoming and outgoing items to ensure quality and correctness
Prepare customer shipments, including packing, labelling, documentation, and coordination with couriers
Help maintain accurate stock records and support inventory control activities
Assist with supplier returns and follow up as required
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety across all operational areas
Follow health&safety, quality, and company procedures at all times
Contribute ideas for improving processes, layouts, and efficiency as part of continuous improvement
Support the maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accurate picking
Provide general operational support to the Warehouse Manager and wider team as required
Experience&Qualifications
Recently completed a degree, diploma, or relevant qualification (e.g. Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics, Operations, or similar)
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Fluent spoken and written English
Ability to carry out practical, hands‑on work, including occasional lifting of items up to 40 lbs
Full clean driving licence
Previous part‑time, placement, or internship experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operations environment
Experience using an ERP or stock management system
Forklift licence (training can be supported if required)
Interest in working in a regulated or safety‑critical environment
