Role Overview The Business Manager reports directly to the Head of Chief Control Officer (CCO) Enablement and will manage financial, organizational, and compliance reporting and deliverables. The role requires understanding of risk management, controls, finance, organization, and capacity management. It will facilitate collaboration and decision‑making, liaise with key stakeholders, and support senior business leaders on key initiatives.

Data Analysis

Responsible for creating reports on KPIs, financials, FTE and capacity, efficiency metrics and ongoing analytics.

Creates processes to collect key data points related to the analyses.

Finance

Supports annual planning by authoring and presenting capital investment business cases.

Supports monthly financial analysis and reporting (actual spend to date, forecast and status of spend).

Creates accurate analysis and reporting through attention to detail and in‑depth business understanding.

Presents information in a concise, intuitive format focused on key takeaways and actionable recommendations to leadership.

Works with CCO leadership and Finance to create the annual financial plan.

Conducts ad‑hoc financial and data analysis.

Works with key stakeholders within and outside of CCO to analyze opportunities to improve financial performance.

Headcount Reporting

Provides regular reporting to leadership on changes and expected movement in FTEs through engagement with human resources, recruiting and CCO leadership.

Measures capacity and plans for reporting opportunities to improve efficiency.

Knowledge&Skills Required

Experience in reporting and analyzing financials and budgets.

Authoritative knowledge of business‑specific industry and regulatory fundamentals.

Experience developing standards or best practices.

Skills translating broad strategic intent into tactical plans and directions.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills; strong leadership and communication skills (written and oral).

College or university degree and/or relevant work experience; project management knowledge.

Demonstrated experience in change initiatives covering operations, IT, and product development with a record of large, complex projects.
