We are looking for a

Customer Operations Specialist

to support one of Ireland's leading financial institutions as part of our growing team at Covalen.

At Covalen, we are industry pioneers collaborating with organizations worldwide for over 25 years. This role offers on-site work with a Partner Banking Client in Limerick, with opportunities to gain experience in the financial services sector.

Your Role at a Glance

Support customer banking operations and handle sensitive information securely

Manage inbound requests and processing across key customer accounts

Ensure full compliance with operational and regulatory policies

Deliver efficient, accurate service within established timelines

Communicate effectively across internal teams and stakeholders

What You Bring

Strong administrative or operational experience (ideally in banking, insurance, or professional services)

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Clear, professional communication skills– both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

A desire to learn and grow in a structured, high-performing environment
