Swim Teacher (Part Time)

We are looking for a qualified Swim Teacher on a part time basis to join our team at Aura Grove Island. Flexible working hours morning, afternoon and evening, both weekdays and weekends available.

Responsibilities

Inspire people with your passion for swimming

Ensure a fun and inclusive learning environment

Teach all abilities and ages to swim

Maintain safety of our customers at all times

Give valuable feedback to learners to help them develop their skills

Display a commitment to our vision, purpose and values

Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions

Maintain a high standard of customer service

Be an Aura ambassador and represent the company with a professional approach and attitude

Qualifications

Swim Teacher qualification Level I or Level II required

A positive attitude and a genuine focus on teamwork

A passion for teaching people how to swim

Previous experience working as a Swim Teacher is an advantage

Committed and consistent availability to work flexible hours/days

Fluent English is required
