Job Purpose Talent Acquisition Manager will bring recruiting expertise to the ACI Talent Acquisition (TA) team. In this role, you will lead our efforts to source, attract, pipeline, and hire top talent, ensuring that our recruitment strategies align with ACI’s strategies and values. Connected directly to ACI’s integrated talent strategy, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Your expertise in talent acquisition and strong collaboration skills will be crucial in driving the success of our talent acquisition initiatives.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Create and execute strategies to attract top talent across the integrated talent strategy for assigned business units/roles.
Manage full‑cycle recruiting: Oversee all stages of the recruitment process for assigned roles, from job posting to onboarding, proactively recommending talent acquisition strategy and process improvements within the team and key stakeholders as appropriate.
Collaborate with HR colleagues and hiring managers: Work closely with various HR colleagues and hiring managers to understand business area strategies, translate these strategies into pipeline profiles aligned with workforce plans, and create role requirements and desired candidate profiles to proactively source.
Source candidates: Utilize technology, AI, job boards, social networks, forums, and other platforms to both pipeline and source potential candidates.
Screen and interview candidates: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability, leveraging consistent TA processes, tools, and templates.
Negotiate offers: Handle compensation and contractual agreements with new hires.
Leverage TA technologies: Use AI to build efficiencies and process improvements and use data to analyze and report on key recruitment metrics.
Conduct market research: Stay updated on job market trends and best practices to ensure competitive hiring strategies.
Manage onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires to integrate them successfully into the company.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience (minimum 8 years).
Minimum of 8 years of previous talent acquisition experience with demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, collaboration with HR colleagues, and managing talent acquisition processes.
8 years of recruiting technologies experience.
Competencies
Strong communication skills: Ability to build stakeholder relationships, effectively communicate and inspire candidates with the ACI vision and strategies.
Collaboration and stakeholder management skills: Ability to partner with HR colleagues and hiring managers to translate workforce strategies into sourcing and hiring plans, influencing stakeholders throughout all TA processes.
Technical knowledge: Cultivate innovation by understanding technical competencies required for assigned roles and pursue continual TA technical innovations, knowledge, and analysis to improve processes and candidate branding sourcing techniques.
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to continuously improve the talent acquisition experience and provide TA consultation for stakeholders and candidates.
Preferred Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)
Knowledge of employment branding: Experience in developing and promoting the company's employment brand within each target candidate community to build candidate awareness of ACI and to build candidate pipelines of talent.
