Seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead a Tier 1, well-funded Irish residential developer through a major growth phase. Over the last decade the business has delivered 800+ homes and secured a €1bn project pipeline over the next five years for high density developments on lucrative landbanks in Limerick and Dublin.

You will take full operational and strategic leadership, overseeing planning, construction, and sales, while building systems and teams to scale delivery from regional success to national prominence.

Candidate Profile: 10+ years’ experience in residential development/housebuilding (Ireland/UK), proven record delivering high density units, strong leadership, financial, and commercial capability, and experience scaling operations.
