Telesales Representative – Maternity Cover (12 Months)

We are looking for a Telesales Representative to join our Limerick based Telesales Team on a 12‑month maternity cover contract.

Reporting directly to the Telesales Supervisor, this role would suit someone who is an excellent communicator with a professional, friendly, and customer‑focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering a high standard of customer service by working closely with the telesales team and wider business departmentsProcessing customer orders accurately and efficientlyResolving customer queries and ensuring a smooth process through to deliveryActing as a key point of contact for customers via phone, email, fax, and online ordering platforms

Answering incoming calls in a professional and timely mannerResponding to customer queries with care, taking the time to understand concerns and agreeing ownership and resolution timelinesKeeping customers informed and updated until issues are fully resolvedInstalling and supporting customers with the Connect online ordering systemProcessing orders via phone, email, fax, and the Connect systemLogging all relevant customer information accurately and escalating issues to the appropriate teams where requiredGenerating reports for internal and customer useProactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and communicating these to the Telesales SupervisorStaying up to date with product knowledge, business updates, and internal communicationsProviding general support across the team to ensure office efficiency and customer satisfaction

About You

Previous experience in a customer service or telesales role, ideally within a sales‑focused organisationStrong communication and listening skillsHighly organised with good attention to detailComfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environmentConfident using systems and learning new tools
