MES Engineer (Emerson Syncade), Limerick

Overview

We're supporting a major life sciences manufacturing programme entering a critical execution phase, where MES and automation capability are central to operational readiness.

This is a hands-on Syncade role focused on configuration and development, not support. You'll be working directly across MES and automation interfaces in a live, regulated manufacturing environment.

What you'll be doing:

Configure and develop Emerson Syncade workflows and process logic Support batch execution readiness and MES deployment Work across MES and DeltaV / automation systems to ensure alignment Troubleshoot issues during rollout and stabilisation Collaborate with automation, QA, and manufacturing teams

What we're looking for:

Strong hands-on experience with Emerson Syncade MES Proven track record in configuration / development Exposure to DeltaV and/or automation systems (essential) Experience in pharma / biotech manufacturing environments Comfortable working in fast-paced, delivery-focused programmes Solid understanding of GxP / GMP
