Responsibilities

• Greet and warmly welcome customers as they enter the showroom, creating a positive first impression.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations and expert advice.
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of building materials and their applications to assist customer decision making.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom to enhance the customer experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with suppliers and other team members to stay updated on new products and promotions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the building materials or related industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Strong product knowledge or the ability and willingness to quickly learn about building materials.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining the showroom appearance.
• Basic computer literacy for handling sales transactions and inventory systems.
