Procurement&Category Management Analyst (SW/HW/Telcom)– This position can be based in Budapest, Hungary / Zagreb, Croatia / Burnfoot, Ireland / Limerick, Ireland.
What You'll Do
Strong knowledge of indirect categories relevant to a SaaS company, including SaaS licenses, IT and professional services.
Partner with and support Strategic Sourcing Managers (regions) with improved workflows, contract execution, and reporting insights.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Accounting, Finance, IT, Security, Legal, to understand their procurement needs and priorities.
Support RFP, RFx, and sourcing events, including document preparation and vendor coordination.
Have a solid understanding of commercial terms and conditions to ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and accounting requirements and protect the organization's financial interests.
Support intake, review, and tracking of SOWs, Change Requests (CRs), NDAs, and contract amendments.
Strong technical proficiency in Agiloft (CLM) administration, ServiceNow, Zycus assisting Strategic Sourcing with improved workflows, renewals, and contract execution via Pandadoc.
Analyze market trends, assess supplier capabilities, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and oversee the creation, review, and approval of purchase orders within Coupa.
Has advanced proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data validation, complex formulas), manipulating and analyzing large datasets.
What You'll Need Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years of procurement experience with a focus on indirect categories and supplier management principles.
Hands‑on experience using Agiloft procurement software.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrates a high level of integrity and accountability, with a strong sense of urgency and a results‑driven mindset.
Experience with training and overseeing onshore and offshore contractor resources.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams and with suppliers.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Experience with international procurement and managing global entities.
Professional Service experience is a bonus.
