Chief Technology Officer, Limerick

Chief Information Officer - CTO / VP Technology and Transformation Mid-West Ireland Full-Time, Permanent Senior Leadership This is an exciting senior executive role with full mandate to shape a technology function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-year IT and digital strategy aligned to business growth

Lead the technology - including production support, cloud, digital transformation across the organisation— AI, cloud, automation and analytics

Take executive accountability for cybersecurity, risk management and regulatory compliance

Oversee end‑to‑end IT infrastructure, enterprise systems and data capability

Build and lead a high‑performing IT team across multiple disciplines

Experience Required

Proven experience at CIO, CTO, VP IT or equivalent level

Background in engineering services - Maintenance and technical services environment

Demonstrated track record delivering enterprise-wide digital transformation

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, data governance and compliance (incl. GDPR)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including at Board level

Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline; postgraduate qualification an advantage
