Mortgage Advisor - Limerick

Excellent opportunity for a mortgage professional with 1-2 years’ experience to join a growing mortgage broker in Limerick City.

Key responsibilities will include:

Advising clients on suitable mortgage options based on their individual situation.

Managing mortgage documentation and application processes, coordinating with lenders and keeping clients informed on progress.

Maintaining up to date knowledge of lender requirements and regulatory changes in the mortgage sector.

Ensuring all paperwork and systems are accurate, up to date and fully compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

1-2 years’ experience in a mortgage advisor role or similar.

APA (Loans) is required; QFA would be advantageous.

A strong understanding of the Irish mortgage process.

An excellent communicator with an ability to build relationships and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
