Site Foreman, Limerick

PE Global Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced

Foreman

for a permanent position based in Limerick with a well-established main contractor. This opportunity is ideally suited to a confident and proactive site leader who can oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate multiple trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.Key Responsibilities

Manage daily site operations and supervise all trades on site

Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with drawings and specifications

Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour resources

Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential issues, and report to the Site Manager

Maintain high standards of health&safety, housekeeping, and workmanship

Keep accurate daily site records, including diaries and progress reports

Support the project team with planning, sequencing, and site logistics

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Foreman or General Foreman role

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site management, and health&safety regulations

Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate site teams

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to interpret drawings and ensure compliance with technical specifications

Valid Safe Pass and relevant site tickets required
