Laser/CNC Operator— Precision Steel Parts, Day/Evening, Limerick

We currently have open positions for Machine Operators (2D/3D Laser) for our Day&Evening Shift : 8.00am - 4:30pm/4.00pm - 12.30am, Monday to Thursday&8.00am - 3.30pm/3.00pm - 10.30pm on Fridays. Full time, Permanent, Pensionable. Shift Allowance is applicable on evening shift. You will be responsible for producing high quality products, ensuring your system runs efficiently and is properly maintained. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in machinery.Key Responsibilities

Produce precision components using Laser cutting / Press brake equipment. Load and modify CNC programs to ensure optimal performance of machines. Collaborate with profile engineers and team leaders in identifying and resolving problems. Load and off-load stainless and mild steel components using overhead cranes and forklifts.Prepare all shipping documentation and labelling prior to delivery. Maintain a safe work environment complying with Health&Safety and Operational procedures Skills / Experience

Educated to Leaving Certificate Level Strong computer literacy essential, with an ability to interpret 2D&3D Auto Cad drawing. Fluent English essential with good written and verbal communication. Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in working within a steel industry desirable. Personal Attributes
