Responsibilities

Supporting advisors with day‑to‑day administration and client servicing

Assisting with compliance documentation and client records

Preparing documentation for client meetings and recommendations

Supporting research and paraplanning activities

Managing client queries and maintaining excellent service standards

Developing knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection products

Conducting client reviews and fact‑finds as you progress

Building and developing long‑term client relationships

Qualifications

QFA qualified or currently working towards qualification

Strong communication skills with a professional and personable approach

Motivated, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in Financial Advice
