About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Lifeguard to join our team at Aura Grove Island on a full‑time basis. Responsibilities

Keep our customers safe in the pool area at all times. Display a commitment to our vision, purpose and values. Act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of customers in the event of an emergency. Attend mandatory meetings and monthly training sessions as scheduled. Maintain a high standard of customer service.Adhere to our Healthy and Safety policies and procedures at all times. Ensure excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Be an Aura ambassador and represent the company with a professional approach and attitude. Qualifications

R.L.S.S. Pool Lifeguard or I.W.S. Pool Lifeguard qualifications required. A positive attitude and genuine focus on teamwork. Previous experience working as a Lifeguard is an advantage. Willingness to qualify in other disciplines such as Swim Teaching is an advantage. Excellent communication skills with fluent English.Flexible in relation to hours/days of work. Fluent English is required; you must be legally entitled to work in Ireland. Benefits
