We are currently recruiting friendly, reliable Bar Staff to support busy venues across Limerick on a temporary basis. This role suits someone with previous bar or hospitality experience who can work at pace, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain high standards behind the bar.

Key Responsibilities

Serve draught and bottled drinks Take orders, operate tills/EPOS, and process payments accurately Provide friendly, efficient service and manage customer queries professionally Maintain cleanliness of bar, glassware, and equipment throughout service Adhere to all food safety, HACCP, and health & safety procedures

Requirements

Previous experience in a bar, hotel, or hospitality environment Confident using tills/EPOS and handling cash Ability to work independently, use initiative, and stay calm during busy periods Manual Handling certification required (training can be facilitated) Reliable, punctual, and well presented Flexibility to take on temporary and short-term shifts, including evenings and weekends
