IT INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER PFH Technology Group (A Ricoh Company) OVERVIEW PFH Technology Group, a Ricoh Company, is partnering directly with Client to recruit an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer for a critical infrastructure role supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in Limerick. This opportunity offers exposure to enterprise-scale infrastructure, regulated environments, cybersecurity frameworks, and advanced operational technologies. POSITION DETAILS Location: Limerick, Ireland (Fully Onsite) Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract Start Date: ASAP Experience Required: 3+ Years KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support, maintain, and deploy IT infrastructure solutions across Manufacturing, Laboratory, and Process Automation environments. Administer enterprise servers, storage, virtualization platforms, networking technologies, printers, scanners, and handheld devices. Ensure compliance with GxP, Cybersecurity, Data Integrity, and regulatory requirements. Manage Active Directory, DNS, authentication services, and access control environments. Support endpoint security, patching, antivirus solutions, and device lifecycle management. Administer Microsoft Intune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and SOTI platforms. Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and reliability. Support enterprise backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities. Utilise ServiceNow and ITIL-aligned processes for incident, change, and service management. Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to drive operational excellence. REQUIRED SKILLS&EXPERIENCE Minimum 3+ years' experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure environments. Strong Windows Server administration and workstation support experience. Knowledge of virtualization technologies including Citrix. Experience supporting storage platforms, networking technologies, and endpoint devices. Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, domain connectivity, and access management. Experience with backup and recovery solutions. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, MDM, and SOTI. Experience working with ServiceNow and ITIL-aligned environments. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or other regulated industry experience. Knowledge of GxP compliance requirements. Understanding of Cybersecurity and Data Integrity principles. Familiarity with ISA S95 Architecture and Operational Technology (OT) environments. Experience supporting manufacturing or laboratory systems.
