Coffee Equipment / Foodservice / Technical Services Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Overview Our client, a leading supplier of commercial coffee solutions, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to join their growing technical team across the Munster region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a premium range of commercial coffee machines and beverage equipment across hospitality, retail, healthcare, and commercial customer sites.The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, servicing, preventative maintenance, and fault diagnosis of coffee equipment while delivering a high level of customer service to clients throughout Munster. Key Responsibilities Installation and commissioning of commercial coffee machines and beverage equipmentCarry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service calls across customer sites Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults Repair, service, and refurbish coffee machines and associated equipment Perform pre-delivery inspections and quality checks Configure and programme automated coffee machines where requiredMaintain accurate service reports and documentation Manage van stock and spare parts effectively Provide technical support and advice to customers and colleagues Ensure all work is completed in line with health&safety standards Deliver a professional and customer-focused service at all times Requirements Previous experience as a Service Engineer, Field Service Engineer, or Electrical Technician Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding ability Experience servicing coffee machines, catering equipment, vending equipment, or similar advantageousFull clean driving licence Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory Electrical or technical qualification advantageous Experience working in a field-based service environment Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsPackage Company vehicle / van Ongoing training and development Overtime opportunities Pension and benefits package Strong long-term career progression opportunities
