The Locke Burger is open 7 days a week for sit-down and take-away treats. It features outside seating, a busy bar and a menu of fries, wings, and the now-famous Locke Burger - six ounces of juicy, beefy perfection. We are currently recruiting for the position of Chef de Parties. Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene and health&safety. Monitor food preparation and methods. Evaluate information against standards. Weigh, measure and mix ingredients, season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgement. Qualifications

Candidates must be passionate about food with at least 2 years of experience in a busy, fast‑paced restaurant. Previous experience in food hygiene is essential. Proven ability to work in a busy environment and as part of a team. Salary €36,605 per annum. Hours per week: 39. Sector: accommodation and food service activities.
