Orthopaedic Clinical Support Specialist - Limerick

Join a high-performing orthopaedics team supporting a market-leading joints portfolio across the South of Ireland. This is a field-based role combining clinical expertise, customer engagement, and commercial awareness.

The role You'll work closely with a Territory Sales Manager and multidisciplinary clinical teams, providing hands-on support in theatre, delivering product education, and helping drive market share growth. You will act as a trusted partner to key decision makers, ensuring excellent clinical outcomes and a high standard of service across your accounts. Your focus will be on hospitals in Limerick and the surrounding area.

Key responsibilities

Provide clinical and technical support in theatre and hospital settings Build strong relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision makers Deliver product training and education to customers Support business growth through account development and opportunity spotting Stay up to date on product innovations, competitor activity, and market trendsCollaborate with the wider sales team on strategy and execution

About you

You'll need to be based in Limerick or nearby Clinical qualification (such as nursing or physiotherapy) with relevant experience, ideally in orthopaedics Comfortable in a theatre environment Strong communication and influencing skills Commercial awareness with an interest in transitioning or developing within salesHighly organised with strong attention to detail Full driving licence
