Human Resources Executive, Limerick

A well-established hospitality business in Limerick is currently seeking a Human Resources Executive to join their team in a standalone HR role. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a hands-on generalist role and wants to be part of a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You will work closely with management to support the day-to-day HR function while helping to drive employee engagement and a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day HR function and HR administration Support managers across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and employee development Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding Act as a point of contact for employee queries Support disciplinary and grievance processes in line with company procedures and employment legislation Coordinate training and ensure statutory compliance requirements are met Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Monitor absenteeism and support people management processes Submit weekly payroll information Support wider HR initiatives and projects Requirements HR qualification or currently studying towards same Minimum 3 years experience in a HR role Good knowledge of Irish employment law Experience supporting employee relations processes Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Benefits Competitive salary Pension scheme Life assurance Employee Assistance Programme Staff meals Bike to Work Scheme Training and development opportunities This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a supportive organisation in a varied and rewarding HR role.
