The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating construction projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Requirements

Degree or trade background in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Contracts Manager or Senior Project Management role Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and contracts Proven track record of delivering projects successfullyExcellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Full, clean driving licence On Offer
