Senior Civil Engineer Limerick | Project Leadership | Strong Local Pipeline We’re seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with 5+ years’ experience to join our Limerick office and take a leading role in delivering infrastructure design for a wide range of development projects across the region.

The Opportunity This is a key position within our Limerick team, offering the opportunity to take ownership of projects, build strong client relationships, and work with the support of our established Dublin HQ.

You’ll lead the design and delivery of site infrastructure - roads, drainage, and utilities - while playing a visible role in shaping projects from concept through to construction.

What You’ll Work On You’ll be involved in a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and development projects, including:

Private residential developments (high‑rise and low‑rise) nationwide

Public sector housing for Local Authorities and the Land Development Agency (LDA)

Infrastructure and site development for major schemes

Refurbishment of historic structures for OPW and other clients

New‑build commercial offices and hotels

Commercial fit‑out and refurbishment projects

Industrial and data centre developments

Your Role As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will:

Lead projects from feasibility through planning, detailed design, and construction

Design site infrastructure including drainage (SuDS), watermains, and road networks

Deliver designs in line with UisceÉireann, TII, and DMURS standards

Prepare engineering reports, flood risk assessments, and planning documentation

Develop detailed design packages, specifications, and tender documentation

Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders
