Client Solutions Technical Project Manager/Product Manager Mission We are looking for a Solutions Engineer with an engineering background to own the successful delivery and implementation of Protex AI, data integration, and feature projects with some of the biggest companies in the world, ensuring every engagement lands on defined technical success criteria and creates the conditions for deeper deployment across the site.

The Role You will act as a subject matter expert to own the success of client projects after the system is live, the use case deployments, data integration projects, and new pilot feature rollouts that convert a connected site into a high‑value, growing Protex deployment.

You are accountable for scoping, coordinating, and delivering against technical success criteria from close collaboration with the client. You sit at the intersection of Product, our Engineering teams, and the client, translating requirements into executable plans, holding delivery to measurable outcomes, and surfacing commercial opportunity through technical credibility.

Over time, you raise the abstraction level: turning field patterns into better integration standards, onboarding frameworks, and feature beta, pilot, trial and project rollout playbooks that scale.

What You Own Use Case Projects

– Scoped, time‑bound delivery of specific Protex use cases with enterprise clients, from requirement collection and alignment through software build, model training, configuration, validation, and confirmed technical success. You define what done looks like before work begins.

Data Integration Projects

– End‑to‑end delivery of integrations between Protex and client systems, ERP, CMMS, BI platforms, safety management tools. You own the project plan, the client relationship during delivery, and confirmation that data flows correctly and reliably.

Hardware Integration Projects

– Delivery of integrations between Protex and physical site infrastructure, PLCs, access control systems, audio alerting hardware and speaker networks, bespoke or non‑standard camera configurations, and edge devices. You own the scoping of hardware dependencies, coordination with client facilities and engineering teams, and confirmation that physical systems are correctly connected, triggering as expected, and producing reliable signals into the Protex platform.

New Feature Delivery with Clients

– Ownership&coordination of early access, beta, and feature rollout projects with named accounts. You manage expectations, gather structured feedback, and ensure the client realises value from new capability before general availability.

Technical Success Criteria

– Jointly defined, measurable outcomes for every project. Criteria are specific, agreed upfront, and used as the gate for project closure, not subjective satisfaction.

Deployment Expansion

– Active identification and pursuit of expansion opportunities within accounts, additional cameras, new use cases, adjacent sites. You use delivery success as the commercial lever. You understand what's deployed, what's not, and why it should be.

Delivery Playbooks

– Reusable frameworks for how Protex runs use case, integration, and feature projects. You identify friction, document what works, and feed structural gaps back into product and engineering.

Responsibilities

Scope and plan client projects with clear technical success criteria and milestones

Run concurrent delivery workstreams across multiple enterprise accounts

Coordinate internal product and engineering resources without direct authority

Lead client‑facing project calls, working sessions, and technical reviews

Identify and escalate delivery risk early, with a resolution path attached

Translate technical complexity into clear client communication

Document delivery outcomes and surface recurring patterns as product input

Drive project closure with verified sign‑off against agreed success criteria

What We’re Looking For

An engineering background– someone technical enough to understand how systems connect, estimate integration lift, identify failure modes, and identify opportunities and tangible solutions on the fly. You don’t need an engineer in the room to have a credible technical conversation.

Experienced in enterprise SaaS delivery integrations, data products, or AI/ML feature rollouts

Comfortable juggling and owning measurable outcomes and commercial expansion targets, not just activity or milestones

Able to define and hold to technical success criteria in ambiguous, fast‑moving client contexts

Understands data pipelines, integrations, and configuration interdependencies well enough to scope work, spot risk, and challenge assumptions

Direct, credible client communicator who manages expectations without overpromising, and knows when to push back

Commercial instinct reads the account, recognises expansion signals, and knows how to move opportunity forward in partnership with Client Success&Account Management

Comfortable operating across technical and commercial conversations in the same client engagement

Prior exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or logistics environments a strong plus

Familiarity with data connectivity platforms, Snowflake, Salesforce, SAP, or similar

High agency, moves fast, removes blockers, escalates with context and a proposed path forward

Able to build lightweight prototypes, data mockups, or proof‑of‑concept outputs using available AI tools and client data, to unblock decisions, validate assumptions, or demonstrate value before full engineering investment

What Success Looks Like

Every project closes against defined technical success criteria

Clients understand what they’re getting, when, and how success will be measured

Deployment footprint and thus value grows within accounts, more data integrations, more cameras, more use cases, more sites

Integration and use case delivery velocity improves quarter over quarter

Product and Engineering receive structured, actionable feedback from every delivery

Expansion opportunities are identified, qualified, and converted through delivery relationships

Client Project Delivery patterns become repeatable

Protex AI is an inclusive and equal opportunities employer. We are committed to creating an equitable workplace for everyone regardless of gender, civil status, family status, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, education level, or race.
