EHS Team Leader – Longford (Manufacturing)

We’re partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation in the Midlands to hire an experienced, people-focused EHS Team Leader. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead a dedicated EHS team, drive a proactive safety culture, and make a visible difference across the entire site.

In this role, you will:

Lead, coach and develop the onsite EHS teamChampion a positive, accountable safety cultureEnsure compliance with all relevant EHS legislation and standardsDrive continuous improvement across EHS systems, processes and KPIsLead audits, inspections, incident investigations and CAPA follow-upPartner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality and HR to embed EHS in day‑to‑day activities

About you:

Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or similar (preferred)3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong knowledge of EHS regulations and best practiceExperience with Lean / Six Sigma / CI is an advantageExcellent communicator with proven leadership and coaching skills
