Key responsibilities:

Translates operational and business problems into clearly scoped digital workOwns digital initiative prioritization, backlog management, and value realizationCoordinates delivery across data, automation, analytics, and business stakeholdersEnsures solutions are adopted, measured, and iterated based on realized valueActs as the single point of accountability for digital outcomes (not just execution)Defines and governs KPIs, metrics, and data definitions to ensure consistency and comparability across locationsUnderstands the evolving data architecture requirements and builds tools which are aligned 

Job requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (full credits)Clear demonstrated leadership in operations or project management in medical technology environment (advantageous) - at least +5 yearsManagerial experience or project management experience in a fast-moving manufacturing environment (medical tech environment is an advantage) Knowledge of automation, data architecture, operation technology, analytics, and AI Demonstrated completion of technology implementation
