EHS Team Leader - Longford, Permanent

EHS Team Leader Longford (Manufacturing) Were partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation in the Midlands to hire an experienced, people-focusedEHS Team Leader. This is a high-impact role where youll lead a dedicated EHS team, drive a proactive safety culture, and make a visible difference across the entire site. In this role, you will: Lead, coach and develop the onsite EHS team Champion a positive, accountable safety culture Ensure compliance with all relevant EHS legislation and standards Drive continuous improvement across EHS systems, processes and KPIs Lead audits, inspections, incident investigations and CAPA follow-up Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality and HR to embed EHS in day-to-day activities About you: Degree in Health&Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or similar (preferred) 3+ years experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and best practice Experience with Lean / Six Sigma / CI is an advantage Excellent communicator with proven leadership and coaching skills Whats on offer: Opportunity to lead and grow a high-performing EHS function Highly visible role with real influence on site performance Supportive, safety-focused culture with strong career development Skills: Risk assessment Incident investigation Regulatory compliance Regulatory compliance Team leadershipTPBN1_IJ
