Key Responsibilities
Translates operational and business problems into clearly scoped digital work
Owns digital initiative prioritization, backlog management, and value realization
Coordinates delivery across data, automation, analytics, and business stakeholders
Ensures solutions are adopted, measured, and iterated based on realized value
Acts as the single point of accountability for digital outcomes (not just execution)
Defines and governs KPIs, metrics, and data definitions to ensure consistency and comparability across locations
Understands the evolving data architecture requirements and builds tools which are aligned
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (full credits)
Clear demonstrated leadership in operations or project management in a medical technology environment (advantageous)– at least 5 years
Managerial experience or project management experience in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment (medical tech environment is an advantage)
Knowledge of automation, data architecture, operation technology, analytics, and AI
Demonstrated completion of technology implementation
