As a Lifeguard in our Subtropical Swimming Paradise, you'll help create a safe and welcoming experience for every guest. You'll uphold the highest health and safety standards while delivering exceptional guest care.

What You'll Be Doing

Monitor pool areas, ensuring guest safety and responding to emergencies.

Provide friendly, professional customer service.

Maintain cleanliness and uphold health and safety standards.

Complete NPLQ training and demonstrate rescue and first aid skills.

Your Working Hours

Full‑time and part‑time contracts, shifts fall between 8am and 8pm. Midweek availability is essential.

Contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of hours over a 4‑week period. May be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements.

Role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.

About You

RLSS Pool Lifeguard / IWS Qualification and completed 20 hours of continued professional development (Qualified Lifeguards only).

Able to swim 50 metres within 55 seconds.

Communicate effectively with people and stay calm under pressure.

Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues.

Note: You'll need to complete a Garda vetting before starting (we'll help with that).
